Quick Muffaletta Pasta Recipe
A quick and easy pasta dish worthy of any New Orleans Natives' respect! Your family will love the taste of this New Orleans Classic sandwich turned pasta!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound penne pasta(you can add more pasta if you need to stretch this)
  • 1 16oz. jar of Italian Olive Salad
  • 1/4 pound baked ham, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 pound salami, cut into thin strips
  • 8 oz. provolone, cut into thin strips
  • cracked black pepper to taste
  • shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta and mix pasta, olive salad, ham, salami, provolone and green onions together in large bowl.
  3. Add cracked pepper and parmesan cheese to taste.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
  5. Serve with a slice of garlic bread or toasted French bread slices.
