This recipe is a family tradition. We always put it in the turkey for Thanksgiving. If you don't like sage this stuffing is NOT for you. Not sure about the serving size we usually put this into a 20-24lb turkey.

I am use to having meat and potato in my recipe this would make a great recipe for stuffed chicken breast too.

I love sage, It really is a Thanksgiving flavor. Have you ever tried fresh sage instead of dried?? I have in a garlic herb butter used for basting, but not in a stuffing. Wondering if there would be much difference??
