Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook up 2-3 cups of rice and set aside.
  • Saute the shrimp in 3 tbsp. of butter just until pink drain extra juice and set aside(don't overcook or they will be rubbery!)
  • In a seperate pan melt 1 stick of butter and add onion and bell pepper saute aprox. 5 minutes
  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary continue to saute until onion and bell peppers are tender (about 5-7 minutes)
  • Add all tomatoes,bring to boil,reduce and simmer for 15 minutes
  • Add shrimp, stir and serve over rice. Yum!
