- SHREDDED REAL parmesan cheese shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- POUND CHICKEN BREASTS TO SLIGHTLY FLATTEN
- MIX EGGS, MILK, GARLIC PEPPER AND ITALIAN SEASONING IN A LARGE BOWL.
- DIP CHICKEN BREASTS INTO EGG MIXTURE AND COAT WELL, ALLOW EXCESS TO DRIP OFF.
- MIX THE SALTINES AND THE PARM CHEESE TOGETHER WELL AND DREDGE THE CHICKEN INTO CRACKER MIXTURE AFTER EGG MIXTURE.
- PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS INTO HOT OIL AND COOK ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
- PLACE IN OVEN SAFE DISH AND COVER WITH FOIL. PLACE IN OVEN ON LOW, ABOUT 225, TO ALLOW TO FINISH COOKING THOROUGHLY WHILE YOU ARE COOKING YOUR SPAGHETTI OR FAVORITE SAUCE TO ACCOMPANY.
