Quick Lemon-berry Trifle Recipe

Ingredients

21/2c cold milk

2pkg.lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling

2c Cool Whip Whipped Topping ,divided

4c mixed berries,such as blueberries,raspberriesand sliced strawberries,divided

42 Nilla Wafers

Directions

Pour milk in large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 mins. or till well blended. Gently stir in 1-11/2c of whipped topping. Reserve 1/4c of the berries;set aside

Arrange 1/2 of the wafers on the bottom and up the sides of 21/2qt. serving bowl. Spoon 1/3 of the pudding mixture into prepared bowl;cover with1/2 of remaining berries. Top with layers of 1/2 of remaining pudding mixture,remaining 21 wafers and remaining berries. Cover with layers of remaining pudding mixture,remaining 1/2c whipped topping and reserved 1/4c berries. Cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Store leftovers in frig.
