My ex is a coffee frappe drinker and loved this one. I do too!! It can also be made non alcoholic, just replace alcohol with cold brewed coffee.

Ingredients
  • 8 scoops coffee ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua or Tia Maria liqueur(have also used Baileys...my personal favorite)
  • 2/3 cup light cream
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • crushed ice

Directions
  1. Put 1/2 of the coffee ice cream into a blender, add liqueur, then pour in cream with a little cinnamon and blend.
  2. Scoop remaining ice cream into glasses.
  3. Pour coffee cream over ice cream and top with a little crushed ice
  4. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired.
