Ingredients

How to make it

  • in a small bowl, combine oats and milk......set aside
  • in a small bowl soak raisins in a little hot water to ''plump'' them
  • drain them before you use them
  • combine in a medium bowl flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
  • mix well
  • in small bowl beat egg, brown sugar, and oil until well blended
  • add egg mixture to the flour mixture. stir until well blended
  • stir in oat mixture, apples and drained raisins
  • stir just until blended
  • grease and fill muffin tins 3/4 full
  • bake at 400' F for 15 - 20 minutes
