Low Carbers can use a healthy alternate sweetener (check out sweetpoison.com) and all berries are low in Carbs just dipped in or spread with the Cream Cheese for a yummy dessert. Dark Chocolate dipped Strawberries are another low Carb treat and they have lots of Antioxcidents to further encourage eating them. Like we need more reason than the taste.
