Beat And Eat frosting

This is Grandma's frosting that we used on her cream sugar cookies....(gotta find that one!) It hardens up nicely to make a glaze on top of the cookies.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup castor sugar shopping list
- 1 large egg white shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla (and a drop or two more!! or use real lemon essence) shopping list
- 1/4 cup boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat quickly and hard until everything is combined.
- Use immedeately
