This is heavenly spread with Philadelphia cream cheese. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple & juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions
  1. Pour into small greased and floured bread pans. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
