How to make it

  • Toss raspberries in sugar to coat.
  • In blender, puree 1/2 of the raspberries and strain to remove seeds.
  • In saucepan combine pureed berries, orange and lemon juice and cornstarch. Cook on medium heat until it becomes clearish and thickens slightly, stirring often.
  • Chill about 2 hours.
  • Just before serving, add soda and remaining raspberries and stir, and add a dollop of yogurt to each bowl.
