Black Eyed Pea Cakes Recipe
Different but so good. I made a triple batch of these for a block party and they lasted about 2 minutes. Be prepared to hand out the recipe.

Now these are different. I think this might be worth a try. When we make our black eyed pea cakes we top with with a poached egg and serve it with a strong flavored green like arugula and a vinegar dressing to cut the richness. This sounds like a must try soon recipe.
