Barbs Pineapple Nut Spread Recipe

Ingredients

2 pkgs of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 - 8 1/2 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained)

1/2 cup of chopped green pepper

1/4 cup of chopped onion

1/2 tsp of Lawry's season salt

2 cups of chopped nuts (optional) I never use

Directions

Mix all above ingredients together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Serve with crackers.

You can make this into a cheese ball form also with tin foil.

** we use 1/3 fat cream cheese and usually sundried tomato basil crackers. Yum! But you can serve it with whatever cracker you wish.
