Avacado- Big Love Dip Recipe

I came up with this baby during the first season of the show "Big Love". I couldn't get enough of either one and everytime I sat down to watch it I would make this. I started calling it my "Big Love" dip. Haha I know...I'm a dork. :)

Ingredients
- Avacado
- salt (to taste)
- cracked pepper (to taste)
- dill weed 1/4 teaspoon
- 1-2 tablespoons of mayo
- 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce more or less for the level of heat you like (I like Texas Pete sauce)
- 1/4 cup fine chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup frozen corn (off the cobb)
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- Bring your corn to a boil on the stove then set aside
- Pit and scoop your avacado out then mash it up
- add your salt,pepper,dill, mayo and tabasco then mix it well
- add your onion and drained boiled corn and mix again
- Serve warm with tortilla chips
- P.S. Sometimes I add black beans to this and it's just as yummy
- You can also add more or less mayo depending on the consistency you like. This is best served warm ( the boiled corn drained at the last minute and added to the mix warms it up!
- Double it up to make more servings.
