Jalapeno Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

6 large eggs, hard boiled

2 jalapenos, minced

3 tbls. mayonnaise

2 tbls. sour cream

2 tbls. chives or green onions, finely chopped

1/2 tsp. cumin

grated rind of 1/2 lime

salt and pepper to taste

3 tbls. cilantro or parsley, finely chopped and divided (I use parsley)

Directions

Cut eggs in half lengthwise

Remove yolk and put in bowl with all other ingredients

Mash yolks into the other ingredients and mix well

Spoon back into the hollowed out eggs

Sprinkle with remaining cilantro or parsley.

LOL,cute picture. My jalapeno plants are loaded this year and I was running out of ideas to use them for so this is great! I never thought to use in deviled eggs. I made stuff jalapenos the other day and that went well. I'll post it later.
