Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs for those who love a little kick
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled shopping list
- 2 jalapenos, minced shopping list
- 3 tbls. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tbls. sour cream shopping list
- 2 tbls. chives or green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cumin shopping list
- grated rind of 1/2 lime shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 tbls. cilantro or parsley, finely chopped and divided (I use parsley) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise
- Remove yolk and put in bowl with all other ingredients
- Mash yolks into the other ingredients and mix well
- Spoon back into the hollowed out eggs
- Sprinkle with remaining cilantro or parsley.
