My girlfriend Christy brought this to a potluck. It is really good on Ritz crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs of Corned Beef (Carl Budding) chopped (cubed)
- 4 Tbsp Milk (maybe a little more)
- 16 oz - Sour Cream
- 8 oz - Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Lawry's season salt
Directions
- Mix all in crock pot on high.
- Make sure to stir frequently.
- turn to low once everything is mixed and melted together.

This sounds like the perfect dip. I love corned beef, but I can never find truly unique recipes with the food in it other than plain corned beef and cornbread. ;D Thanks soooo much for the awesome recipe.
