This is a lactose free way to get your fruit as well as the delicious taste of a smoothie. I believe the fruit sweetens it enough, but if you want to add honey, or other sweetners for more flavoring you may.

Ingredients
  • 1 handful frozen mangoes (if the are hard to find in your area you can use fresh mangoes- I chop up one small one)
  • 1 handul frozen peaches
  • 1/3 cup silken tofu
  • 1 cup lite vanilla soy milk

Directions
  1. pour everything into the blender/food processor and whip until mixed together.

I agree with you on not needing to add sweeteners. It sounds perfect the way it is.


I was looking for mango puree to add to this, but everthing was so high in sugar. I found something called Mango Tango Fruit Smoothie Blend by Odwalla. It is kind of expensive, but I add the ingredients same as above and just edd about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of that and mix it all in. It has all pure ingredients. Just a suggestion!
