Quick Mashed Potatoes Supreme Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes

1 stick butter

1 cup sliced green onions(extra for topping)

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese(extra for topping)

4 tablespoons bacon bits(extra for topping)

2 tablespoons garlic and parsley salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir well.

Spoon into individual bowls.

Top with additional cheese, green onions, and bacon bits.

Heat in microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Thanks ya'll! It was funny when the guest at the restaurant started requesting these potatoes when I wasn't at work. NO one knew what the heck was going on and the other servers and management kept saying "we don't have anything like that!" The potato dish mystery was finally solved when one of my regulars told them " Sure you do, Deb's been making them for us for months! That was all they needed to know! It made sense then and from then on even the managers got me to make it for them!
