- Toffee Malted cookies Recipe shopping list
- 1 cup butter -- softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 package (3.4-ounce size) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup malted milk balls -- chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup English toffee bits or almond brickle chips shopping list
How to make it
- Directions:
- Cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add pudding mix and vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Fold in the malted milk balls and the toffee bits. The dough will be stiff.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
