this is a nice change from the plain butter... it great on pancakes or home made breads..

Ingredients
- 1 stick ( 1/2 cup ) sweet butter
- 1 TBSP. honey
- 2 TBSP. amaretto ( or any sweet liqueur of your choice )
- 1/4 teasp. almond extract
Directions
- mix all the ingredients together... blend well.
- put in a nice mold...
