Homemade Mushroom And Ricotta Ravioli Recipe
This is a very simple recipe. Add homemade or store bought sauce and serve over noodles.

Ingredients
  • Dough:
  • 2 1/2 cps flour
  • 1 cp very hot water
  • Filling:
  • 3/4 cp ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cp mushrooms
  • Basil, salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine flour and water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir and cover for 10 mins.
  3. Roll out dough and place teaspoonfuls of filling along it.
  4. Fold and seal.
  5. Boil 3 - 4 minutes.
  6. Serve as appetizer or main course and enjoy!
