Homemade Mushroom And Ricotta Ravioli

- Dough: shopping list
- 2 1/2 cps flour shopping list
- 1 cp very hot water shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3/4 cp ricotta shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cp mushrooms shopping list
- basil, salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour and water in a mixing bowl.
- Stir and cover for 10 mins.
- Roll out dough and place teaspoonfuls of filling along it.
- Fold and seal.
- Boil 3 - 4 minutes.
- Serve as appetizer or main course and enjoy!
