Oatmeal Raisin Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix in large Bowl: First 4 ingredients
  • Stir in oats and raisins
  • Beat egg and milk together.
  • Add oil
  • Add this mixture to Flour mixture
  • Stir untill dry ingredikents are wet leaving batter lumpy
  • Fill greased muffin tins have full Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Makes 12 Muffins
