Yes, I make my meatloaf in the crock pot too. But this is easily the moistest, most flavorful meatloaf I've ever eaten - I abandoned my mother's recipe for this one!

Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 ts sage
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire

Directions
  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, and sage.
  3. Crumble in beef and mix well.
  4. Form beef mixture into a round loaf in the center of the crock pot, with space between the loaf and the edge.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and worcestershire.
  6. Spoon the glaze over the loaf.
  7. Cook on low 6 hours.
