Light and Creamy Hummus

- 1 Tbsp. cumin seeds shopping list
- 2 C. cookied chickpeas shopping list
- 12 oz. soft tofu shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Whirl all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
- Chill before serving. Flavor develops best after a night in the refrigerator.
