Raspberry Macaroon Squares

- CRUST shopping list
- 11/4c all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4c sugar shopping list
- 1/2c soft butter shopping list
- FILLING shopping list
- raspbery jam (I lay mine on pretty thick so I use about 3/4c) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1c sugar shopping list
- 1T soft butter shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2c coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour and sugar in a small bowl; rub in butter until crumbly.
- Press into bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
- Spread jam evenly over base.
- Beat eggs, mix in sugar, soft butter and vanilla; stir in coconut.
- (mixture will be quite thick) Spread carefully over raspberry jam.
- Bake in a 350F oven until top is lightly browned about 20-25 mins.
