Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a 9 X 13 pan, melt butter
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
  • Stir in milk and egg, mix to combine
  • Pour evenly over melted butter
  • In another bowl, combine peaches, sugar and spices
  • Spread this over batter
  • DO NOT STIR
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes OR
  • Until batter comes to the top and is golden brown
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
