The sauce on this meatloaf is what makes it a hit with everyone... even those who claim to hate meatloaf!

Ingredients
  • Loaf:
  • Ground beef
  • pressed garlic
  • bread crumbs (I use Italian)
  • egg
  • 1/ 2can tomato soup
  • Saucy topping:
  • 2 TBPS each of: vinegar
  • molasses
  • brown sugar
  • 1TBSP mustard (prepared)
  • 1/2 can tomato soup
  • a little water

Directions
  1. Mix loaf ingredients well and place in a loaf pan.
  2. Mix topping ingredients and pur on uncooked meat mixture. (I add the little bit of water to make the sause less sticky...)
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour ish.
