Easy Maple Butter

this is a recipe that I gave to another food friend... it's an easy recipe that is great on pancakes or she put it on sweet potatoes...
Ingredients
- 1 stick of unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup or to taste shopping list
- you can add a little maple flavoring to it also... shopping list
How to make it
- soften the butter to room temperature
- mix in the maple syrup and maple flavoring
- blend well
- put into a pretty mold and put in the refrigerator....
- let the flavors meld together..
- to serve either release from the mold or leave in the pretty dish.
