This is from the kitchen of a friend of my neighbors.... They go to her church..The recipe is in their church cookbook..

Ingredients
  • 6 lean pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Parsley Rice*
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley to 3 cups hot cooked rice.

Directions
  1. Combine flour and seasoned salt.
  2. Coat chops with flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil over high heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium high; add chops and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Arrange onion rings on top of chops.
  6. Add broth, cover and cook over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until chops are tender.
  7. Stir in sour cream and milk; cook until hot, about one minute. Do not boil.
  8. Serve over parsley rice.
