This one I found on the inside of a store brand cool whip container. It's quick, easy and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 1-9" crumb crust
  • 4 pkgs. instant spiced apple cider beverage mix
  • 4 Tbls. sour cream
  • 10 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 cups canned apple pie filling
  • 1 crunchy type granola bar

Directions
  1. Spread apple pie filling on bottom of pie crust.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and spiced cider mixes till light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and pour over apple pie filling.
  4. Refridgerate at least 1 hour.
  5. Crush granola bar and sprinkle on just before serving.
