tangy great summer chicken salad. If you don't care for curry or taragon, leave it out

Ingredients
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 tbs frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1/4 tsp each: ginger, curry powder, tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked diced chicken ( use leftovers or from a store bought oven roasted chicken )
  • 1/2 cup sliced green grapes
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over chicken.
  2. Gently toss in grapes and celery.
  3. Serve chilled or freshly prepared
