Moms Baked Corn

Mom always made this for us 3 picky kids. We loved this dish.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 T flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cups whole corn shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- small green pepper, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix milk and egg, beat slightly.
- Pour over the remaining ingredients in casserole.
- Bake uncovered 1 hr. at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
