Chef Pauls Chipotle Sauce Recipe

How to make it

  • In a small saucepan, combine whipping cream chipotle powder, and paprika
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 15-17 minutes
  • Reduce to 1/2 cup plus about 2 tablespoons
  • Remove from heat
  • Stir in butter and salt
  • This makes about 2/3 cup
  • SUGGESTION: Wonderful served with pork tenderloin and grits
