A delicious sauce. Adds a punch. Can be served with pork, seafood, beef, vegetables. So versatile. And delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine whipping cream chipotle powder, and paprika
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 15-17 minutes
  3. Reduce to 1/2 cup plus about 2 tablespoons
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Stir in butter and salt
  6. This makes about 2/3 cup
  7. SUGGESTION: Wonderful served with pork tenderloin and grits
