Ingredients

6-8 pieces of chicken (may use skinned chicken breasts)

1 cup uncooked rice

(I use a blend of wild rice and white rice for a little texture,

but not Uncle Ben's or any box rice mix!)

1 can cream of chicken soup (you can use any cream soup experiment!!)

1 can of water

1 pkg dried onion soup (Lipton's)

salt and pepper if desired

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°

Grease or spray with non stick oil a 9 x 13 baking pan.

(Aluminum works best, but I have used glass)

Put rice in bottom of pan, add soup and water, stir to mix.

Place chicken pieces on top

Salt and pepper if desired

Sprinkle dried onion soup on top of chicken

Cover with foil

Cook for 1 1/2 hours but remove foil for the last 15 minutes

to brown chicken.

Enjoy!
