My Second Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur Recipe
This is the second of the Irish Cream recipes I have. Can't remember which one is better. I've made them both. I think I liked this one, but it has four more eggs than the other. However, the other has Irish Whiskey rather than Scotch.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flavouring
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 8 to 10 oz. Scotch

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients together. Bottle and store in refrigerator.

I think I'd make the "other" one. (cause I don't think I'd like the coconut)
