- CRUST: shopping list
- 1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 T coffee shopping list
- 2 pkg. tea biscuits shopping list
- MOUSSE: shopping list
- 3 T cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp coffee(dissolved in a drop of water) shopping list
- 9 flat T sugar shopping list
- 3 1/2 OZ. chocolate shopping list
- 7 OZ. marg. shopping list
- 4 eggs separated shopping list
- CREAM: shopping list
- 1 10 OZ whip topping shopping list
- 1 C. sugar shopping list
- 1 T coffee shopping list
- 1 T chocolate liquor shopping list
How to make it
- CRUST
- dissolve coffee in water. dip each biscuit into coffee to soften and line a large baking pan with 2 layers of cookies
- (i used a ready pie crust. i dont like tea biscuits and its quicker. i had some mixture leftover but my hubby didnt mind!
- MOUSSE
- boil cocoa, coffee, sugar, water and chocolate. once the chocolate is melted, remove from heat and add marg.
- mix untill it melts
- add yolks one add a time, mixing between yolks
- beat whites till stiff
- fold chocolate mixture into whites and pour over crust. freeze.
- CREAM
- beat whip and add sugar . combine rest of ingredients and pour over frozen mousse. freeze
