Gluten-Free No-Cook Peanutbutter Oats Balls

- 2 c. gluten-free crisp rice cereal shopping list
- 1 c nonfat dry milk shopping list
- 1/2 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. honey shopping list
- 1/2 c. certified gluten-free oats shopping list
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder shopping list
How to make it
- Crush the cereal in a zip-top bag and set aside.
- Put milk, peanut butter, honey, oats and 1 cup of the crushed cereal in a bowl and mix well. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Add the balls to the bag with the remaining 1 c.cereal and cocoa powder. Shake and squeeze gently, coating them thoroughly with the mixture.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5 days or in the freezer indefinitely.
