I wanted something to do with the left-over cream cheese and wonton wrappers from making crab rangoons, and also gives a great appetizer

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • dried orange peel (or fresh)
  • wonton wrappers

Directions
  1. combine cream cheese, pineapple and orange peel
  2. spoon small amount on wrappers
  3. seal up wrappers
  4. fry
  5. optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar
