A refreshing and delicioius salad to serve as a side or dessert.

Ingredients
  • 1 large pkg. lime jello
  • 1 cup water
  • 32 miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp mayonaisse
  • 1 can 7-Up
  • 3 oz cream cheese, grated or shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Boil water and jello.
  2. Add marshmallows and mayonnaise.
  3. Take off heat.
  4. Add pineapple, pecans and 7-Up.
  5. Pour into glass or ceramic serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle cream cheese on top.
  7. Chill until set.
