Organic Tarragon Syrup

- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 to 4 sprigs fresh tarragon, slightly crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Chill: up to 2 weeks
- Cool: 1 hour
- Stand: 1 hour
- ===================
- In saucepan combine water and sugar. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Add tarragon; boil gently, uncovered, 2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat, cover, and cool in saucepan 1 hour. Strain; discard tarragon.
- Transfer syrup to covered storage container. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Makes 2 cups syrup (16, 2-tablespoon servings).

Organic Tarragon Syrup wow I can think of many uses.
Tarragon has a liquorish flavor and it would be nice with grated ginger over Vanilla ice creamtrigger in loved it
