How to make it

  • Line 13 x 9 inch pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking crackers, if necessary. Pour cold milk into bowl. Adding pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 - 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes; then blend in whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaing crackers. Spread cherry pie filling over crackers. Chill about 3 hours.

    Excellent desert! Have to make it every thanksgiving and Christmas. This coming thanksgiving I have to make 3 because everyone eats this and not the other deserts. So it was voted forget the French silk, apple, pumpkin, pies and this will be the dessert. I have made it for other gatherings and it’s always the first dessert to go and I’m told to go back home if I don’t bring it!!
