Toasted Ravoli Recipe
These are a copy cat for Fried ravioli that you get as some resturants. Good as a snack or appitizer.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz package Filled ravioli (fresh or frozen, if frozen thaw)
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
  • 1 c up plain bread crumbs
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Directions
  1. Mix eggs n water, beat well and set aside.
  2. Mix italian seasoning and garilc with bread crumbs, set aside.
  3. Place four in bowl n set aside.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer or skillet to 350 degrees.
  5. Dip ravioli in flour then into egg, then bread crumbs .
  6. Carefully place in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. Drain on papper towels.
  8. Serve with favorite marinara sauce.
  9. I usually will make a cheese ravioli nad a meat one to serve, so people can have a choice.

These are everywhere up here- convenience stores, even...and I've yet to try one...just might make this recipe a first! Thanks for posting!

Oh a local resturant serves these they are so good but bout 4 bucks for 6. Can't wait to make these at home.
