How to make it

  • Place lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, sugar, cumin, and jalapeno in a bowl and mix.
  • Add black beans, corn, cilantro, red pepper, onion and mix well.
  • Add avocado.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes.
