Swiss Bacon Dip

- 8 slices bacon, chopped shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. mayo shopping list
- 2 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
- 3 scallions, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c smoked, almonds, coarsely chopped shopping list
- crackers, breadsticks shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 400.
- Brown bacon in skillet. Drain on paper towels.
- In mixing bowl, combine cheeses, mayo, Dijon, green onions & bacon. Transfer to small casserole and bake until golden and bubbly, 15-18 minutes. Top with chopped smoked almonds. Place dip on a platter and surround with various crackers.
- Note: you can add 2 tsp of horseradish instead of the Dijon.
