How to make it

  • Preheat oven 400.
  • Brown bacon in skillet. Drain on paper towels.
  • In mixing bowl, combine cheeses, mayo, Dijon, green onions & bacon. Transfer to small casserole and bake until golden and bubbly, 15-18 minutes. Top with chopped smoked almonds. Place dip on a platter and surround with various crackers.
  • Note: you can add 2 tsp of horseradish instead of the Dijon.
