Wood Fire Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Yum! these are the best campfire food besides marshmallows... or served buttered with roasted marshmallows!

Clean potato
Rub with butter
wrap in foil
bake in the hot coals until tender (which will be about 30 minutes for an 8 - 10 ounce tuber.)
