cranberry orange cookies

These cookies are sweet with a little tang, Every time i make them they are gone in a flash
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 cup white flour shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp grated orange zest shopping list
- 2 tbs orange juice shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 cups chopped cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest shopping list
- 3 tbs. orange juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrease
- cream together butter, white and brown sugar untill smooth, beat in egg, mix in orange juice, and zest. add flour, baking soda, and salt. mix well, fold in cranberries and nuts.
- drop by rounded spoonfull onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- cook 12-14 minutes, and cool on wire racks.
- while cookies are cooling mix frosting, beat orange zest, orange juice and posdered sugar untill smooth . spread on cookies
