How to make it

  • in a medium frying pan heat up your oil
  • add your onion and carmelize to golden add garlic and fry 2 min
  • add franks that have been cut into 1/2 inch rounds and friy 4 mins
  • stirring ocasionaly add ragu and simmer gently on low 5 min now serve on top of your pasta or noodles Enjoy Everybody!

    I gave you a 5 on this one because I am a mother of two and work 40+ hours per week. We all like spaghetti and we all like frankfurters SO - what's to lose except all that nasty fat and cholesterol from the fast food drive up. I think I'll add some garlic bread and corn on the cob to complete my little "Quickie Meal" and then have some nice chilled watermelon for dessert. Thanks SO much for a quick and easy recipe that even experienced cooks will appreciate. - Susana
