How to make it

  • In a large skillet, fry ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • In a 2-qt. casserole layer 1/2 of each of the pasta, the meat sauce, sour cream and cheese.
  • Repeat layers.
  • bake uncovered, in a 350*oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
