How to make it

  • Split chicken breast in half so they are not to thick
  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients
  • Add chicken and cover each piece with seasoning
  • place in a resealable bag and refrigerate for 2 or more hours.
  • Grill on med hot grill for 5 to 10 minutes per side until chicken is cooked
  • The onions will fall off and that is ok.
  • Make sure to wear gloves as the goya and curry tend to stain hands.

    I am like you I think adobo seasoning goes with everything except desserts as well. I use the one in the red cap.
