Prells Famous Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

5 boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/2 tsp yellow curry powder

1/4 tsp black pepper or more to taste

1/2 tsp adobe seasoning

1 package goya sazon seasoning

1 med yellow onion, sliced

4 - 6 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

Split chicken breast in half so they are not to thick

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients

Add chicken and cover each piece with seasoning

place in a resealable bag and refrigerate for 2 or more hours.

Grill on med hot grill for 5 to 10 minutes per side until chicken is cooked

The onions will fall off and that is ok.

Make sure to wear gloves as the goya and curry tend to stain hands.
