Balsamic Pan Seared Rib Eye Steaks

- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 4 boneless rib eye steaks shopping list
- 2 cups Portobello mushrooms shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced shallots shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup beef broth shopping list
- 1/4 up heavy cream shopping list
- Chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks until desired doneness.
- Remove steaks to serving platter and keep warm.
- Add mushrooms and shallots and cook stirring occasionally until shallots are brown.
- Stir in vinegar and cook 30 seconds.
- Add broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream and simmer 1 minute longer.
- Serve sauce over steaks and garnish with chopped parsley.
